Can We Talk, with Coach Sherry

Hello! My name is Kameron, and I have been working with Coach Sherry for several months. Betore we started, I struggled to recognize my progress and often found it difficult to stay positive about my accomplishments.

Through our work together, she has helped me develop a stronger sense of purpose and self-esteem-something I truly hadn’t felt in a long time. I now set realistic goals for myself and feel genuine joy knowing that I am making progress and doing well.

In our sessions, she has guided me in practical ways to achieve my goals while also helping me get out of my own way. As someone who loves performing and being creative, I had gone through a period where fear held me back from putting myself out there.

Because of Coach Sherry, I’ve returned to theater, performed in two shows, and already have another one lined up. I’m incredibly grateful for the confidence and clarity she’s helped me build.

Before I met Ms. Sherry, I was lost in what I wanted in life. I was shy, timid and didn’t know how to stand up for myself. She helped me everyday, asked me deep questions and gave me advice on how to become the person I am today. She helped me apply for different jobs and gave me the confidence that I can do anything I put my mind to. She is the reason I found my voice and have a great job. Ms. Sherry was my mentor in the most important years of my life and I am eternally grateful for her!

I love Ms. Sherry. I met her at a childcare center that we worked at together. I was in a very difficult time in my life and really needed someone to talk to someone. Ms. Sherry not only was a trusted listener ear giving sound advice, but she also held me accountable and gave me actionable plans to get my life back on track, encouraging me along the way to take on an opportunity that I was running away from.
